It is almost sunset time here in Croatia , where the sky is clear as diamonds , and sun is shining like crazy .Took this with my lumia 925 windows 10 preview regular Camera app from nearby hill , spent whole day in house because of the to high temperature outside and now decided to take a walk through shaded forest . p.s. 20 min from sea :evil:

Was riding a cab from home when this view through the passenger window caught my attention. We were on an elevated road way and with nearby buildings and obstructions I barely had less than seven seconds to get my phone from my jeans front pocket, unlock the phone, launch the camera app, aim at the sun and then wait for that right moment. A sunset like this is a bit rare in the city - so rare that I haven't had the chance to snap something similar again now that I have had an L1020 for one and a half years.

Brief Description:
This was shot last year. It was the end of my work shift ( I work at night). Looking at the window of our office, I saw the Sun is rising and shining. I took out my phone and took the shot. Little did I know that there was another small sun that's rising as well and I was amaze! =)

I had got 1020 delivered a week ago and had bought to office for the 1st time after an entire day of bragging about it, I was eager to test it's capabilities and hadn't got a chance as it never came in my hand while in office. It happened on my way to home when Sun God might opened his arms to give out this spectacular site which never happened in last 3 year of travel on same route, felt like He wanted to shoot Himself from the God of camera phone. True nothing else comes close.

The new ISO64 option provides a good Dynamic Range with a great Image Quality. It's even working fine for shooting against the bright sunshine.

This was taken with a Nokia Lumia 930 using Lumia camera. I had been altering the shutter speed but shot this was on fully auto and is unedited.
I was impressed with the focus throughout the picture but especially in the foreground.
It was at Formby Beach (UK). My daughter was in a posing mood. You can see the wind turbines in the back ground. What look like little statues in the middle distance are the statues that are part of "Another Place" by Anthony Gormley.
