This is my entry, made with my trustworthy Lumia 930, Lumia Camera nothing else. From Hungary, Lake Balaton. My friends and i just arrived at the marina, the sun was so nice. And when finally got down, the moment presented itself (not a native english speaker, forgive me )
Hello everyone,
Trying to post from different account.
I had got 1020 delivered a week ago and had bought to office for the 1st time after an entire day of bragging about it, I was eager to test it's capabilities and hadn't got a chance as it never came in my hand while in office. It happened on my way to home when Sun God might opened his arms to give out this spectacular site which never happened in last 3 year of travel on same route, felt like He wanted to shoot Himself from the God of camera phone. True nothing else comes close.
I like this photo cos this was taken during a job in Argentina, and reminds me that there are good things i can enjoy on my work. This is Limay River at Neuqu?n, Argentina.
Taken using Lumina 920, no filters, no software.
i use my lumia 730 to take this pic. for editing i use fantasia painter and adobe photoshopexpress
love this pic. The combination both tree and sun really make the photo look amazing
taken at Indonesia, Semarang City, Maron Beach

I shot this with my Lumia 1020. I was walking across the pedestrian bridge, on my way to work . Its right before the Mirage on the strip in Las Vegas ,NV. I used proshot and I didn't edit this one. It was taken through the protective glass on the bridge. My Lumia Camera is better then proshot now so I've changed over to it, plus you can save the Raw image on Lumia camera which is pretty neat!! I've got some amazing shots on the Lumia camera with denim.
I took this photo 5 months ago during my visit to Nuwaraeliya, Sri Lanka. That trip was a great oppotunity to check my newly bought microsoft lumia 535 camera. I captured lot of sceneries during my trip. This photo was taken near the gregory lake. That place was crowded by local and foreign visitors. Somehow I managed to capture this one. I think this photo suits this competition. Though sun is not perfectly visible we can clearly see sun shine. Captured using 5MP camera in Lumia 535. Did some editings using Lumia Creative Studio.
Picture was taken at Wai-O-Tapu thermal wonderland in New Zealand while i was touring Rotorua. Weather was cold as it was winter and the steam from the hot waters in the river and lakes made the sun rays highly visible as seen in the picture. No filters or editing was done to the picture other than reducing file size (in this thread).
Taken on a Lumia 520 with Camera360 app.
It's in my backyard and was edited in Camera360, I also added a Lens Flare using GIMP just before uploading.
Sorry for the bad quality since it was taken from Onedrive
This photo was taken using lumia 925, cropped.. Editted using Camera360sight.
Really love the way how it captured the sun rays all the way inside the room..
Sunrise over Perth Western Australia just over a week ago at 7am. Taken from near the bottom of Kings Park in the middle of winter, the tree would normally hide the entire city. Loved the blue, red and grey of the sky with the sun just appearing. Taken on my near new 1320, no software filter or editing.
Photo taken with Lumia 1020 in auto mode, touched up using Adobe Photoshop Express Windows Phone App.
Sunset on Plantation Island, Fiji. During sister in-laws wedding.
Taken with my Lumia 1520 in rich capture mode. Only used rich capture to make the valley more visible. This was the sunrise at about 5:00am on a camping trip a week ago in the Oregon Coastal Range
I took this picture in July 2014. It was the last climb of my holiday summer vacation in Arolla Switserland. It was the best and sunniest day with clearest skies of my whole summer holiday season. Practically clear skies after an almost dreadfull previous week of summer snow storms. An extra 40 inches of snow fell leaving powdersugary-like coated landscape. The picture is taken at 07.00 AM looking north-east across the whole Swiss alp valley mountain range. The picture is taken from the Serpentine Saddle (3542 m/11621 ft), a good resting place to stop an enjoy a first stage rest, ascending from the cabin in the cold shadows of the morning mountains. I stood there with my climbing buddy soaking up the suns heat and rays while enjoying a cup of tea and chocolate. It's times like this you appreciate the sun as your warming friend, before set off the second stage to ascend the Mont Blanc de Cheilon (out of frame left). The highest peak on the the foreground left is the Aiguilles Rouges d'Arolla. The Peak to the right Edge of the image is the Pigne d'Arolla (3790 m/12434ft). The two highest peaks illuiminated brightly below the Sun are the famous Weisshorn (4506 m/14783 ft) and Dent Blanche (4357 m/14294 ft).
I made this panorama from a group of photos on my lumia 1520. The only editing I did was stitch these images together to one panorama using microsoft research's Image Composite Editor.
