Windows doesnt see phone...

Using Windows 7 and 8, neither is seeing the phone. I havent connected the phone in a couple weeks and never had a problem before. Now I do and not sure why.
Windows 7 saw it just a few moments ago, and I copied some pictures manually, but after the copy, Win 7 does not see it anymore. It is not listed under My Computer like it should be.

Make sure it isn't locked before you plug it in. May fix it.

Thanks, that may have done it but I also had to restart the phone. Weird.
