Windows Mail on Windows 8 cannot set up email account directly

I'm using Windows Mail with my Microsoft email account. It was connected directly (without pointing to POP3 and SMTP servers). But there is no direct connection from an account. So I have to continue use the same account as a general account for system, but for working with emails I need to create another one in Windows Mail (the type of 'other') and write down the POP3 and SMTP.

Another types of accounts are working normally (such as Yahoo or Google)

Why that might happen? And how to connect to it directly?
