Hello all,
I installed wp 10 preview yesterday on my lumia 1020, all my installed email accounts are not working even after i authenticated the accounts by typing in the passwords. all the icons on my home screen disappeared.
This morning i did downgrade of wp 10 using windows recovery software returned failure error. as the phone still remains windows 10 preview.
Any ideal how i can return my phone to the old version of 8.1? my region is Nigeria, Africa.
