Windows Phone 10, Lumia 620, Stuck in spinning wheels

phone with spining gears, i have tried everything from sd card to sim card nothing works.
initially my phone was stuck for 4-5 hours.
but when i restarted the phone. my phone shows spinning wheels and switched off automatically after 2min
again when i restart the phone the above steps happens.
do not know what to do?

you could try windows phone recovery tool. Just download it into your system and then follow the instructions given in the microsoft solutions. It completely re-installs your phone software. Make sure that your phone battery is full before doing that. It worked for me.

RUN. RUN RUN. I HAD THIS WITH MY OLD PHONE (ativ S) and because Ativ doesn't have recovery tool it's totally broken! Even Samsung can't make it. Got myself a new 640 XL tho
