Windows Phone 7 connecter forgot my phone!

I was doing a routine sync with my mac. And when I plugged in the phone. It said that my phone has been synced with another computer. This is the computer I originally synced with what is going on? I also tried to sync the phone and it would not let me. I am using a beta version of the connection software because I'm too lazy to update my OS on my mac.
