Windows Phone Desktop App help needed

Hello - I am having an irritating issue with the Windows Phone Desktop App.

The list of videos that I have in the folder show up in the list for me to select and sync. After I finish watching the videos, I delete them from the folder.

For example, I watch some shows that I download them and sync to my phone to watch them during my commute. After I am done watching, I delete the old episode and add the new episode to the folder, which shows up in the Desktop app with out any problem. But my major issue is, the app still lists the old ones in the list even though I deleted the original file from the folder.

If I am on the 20th episode and if I previously synced the previous 19 episodes at a time and removed them from the folder, they still show up in the list. I've tried every option within the desktop app and could not find a way to remove them or stop showing up.

I even uninstalled the Desktop app and reinstalled it, All those files still show up. I am sure I am not the only one with this issue. I even checked the MS community for answers but could not find any related discussion threads.

Any help or advise is highly appreciated.
