Windows phone - Microsoft account not syncing with error 850100D

I am using Lumia-920 and I have problem synching the account now.
Suddenly it stopped syncing my Microsoft Account and keeps giving me error 850100D.

I tried restarting.
Changing the mail server from original to 100 other and came back to the one I was using.
(I am using mail server showing in hotmail's address bar...Hope I am correct)

What else I can try...there is no website where this topic is listed with proper solution....

Help!!!!!!!!

did you change your password???? try adding it as a Hotmail account

Is this after resetting your phone and restoring settings? If it is then delete the account from 'email & accounts' and then add it again from fresh

No I did not change the password nither I restored the settings.

And this is my primary account there is no separate Hotmail account as I see here.

And I am worried if I delete the primary account will it affect my apps and other part of eco systems like skydrive and all?

I am able to login through web interface. Just sync on phone is not working

And now it is showing error "85002004".
This is kind of odd behaviour.

Question: How do I remove primary windows phone account? It is not giving me any option to do that!!

Is it a hotmail id? And primary accounts cannot be removed until you do a hard reset.

Try changing the server to blu404-m.hotmail.com

hai i am using lumia 730. when i sync my microsoft ac and outlook ac, it cannot sync then the massage show (we cann't sync blu404-m.hotmail.com at the movement) for past one month same massage are showing . If i want delete microsoft ac, no possiblities are showing. help me how to clear my problem. one week before I change my outlook password also.

Make sure you have your date and time settings correct.
Make sure you have the correct password and email username.
