Wireless Display - L535 to Elekta (Android TV)

L535 on Windows 10 Mobile 10586.36, in Movies & TV>Video Player there is a wireless display icon (left most), can I use this option to connect the phone to Android TV on same Wi-Fi network, I've already tried it myself but TV is not showing in available devices, it's just saying 'Make sure the device is turned on and is discoverable. Bluetooth is turned off. Turn it on to discover more devices.'
