WM10 freezes while receiving calls

I updated my Lumia 1520.3 to 10586.218 yesterday. Since the update I have a very annoying problem. When I receive a call the phone hangs in an infinite ring loop. The screen is frozen at the login screen with no way of turning the ringer off or accepting the incoming call. The only way to stop the ringer is to soft reset the device (volume down - power button). This happened twice today out of 5 received calls. Does anyone else experience this problem or do you have any tips of what could cause this?

I did face that issue one time on the Redstone build and the only way to come out of it was a soft reset. Are you facing this issue quite frequently or did it just happen today?

That's the first time this happened today.

If I were you then I would ignore it for this one time blaming it on a software bug. If it happens intermittently then I would a hard reset.
