Word 2013 will not launch

After a Windows update (KB5014699 & KB5015429) Word 2013 will not start and gives a pop up saying "Error The operating system is not presently configured to run this application"

Other Office applications launch correctly

Have tried sfc/scannow, DISM and Office repair.
