Not 6** series processors only, but Lumia 850 should exactly have Snapdragon 652 processor( Quad core Cortex A72 1.8 Ghz + Quad Core Cortex A53 1.4 Ghz), being on par with other comparable High-mid Android smartphones of 2016.
Not the Snapdragon 615, the brother of Snapdragon 810, that heats too much, not much improved graphics and battery sucking processor. And, Snapdragon 610, 616 and 617 are just variations of Snapdragon 615 SOC.
