Would a newly-bought Zune HD still work?

If I sell my Zune HD, would it still work for the person who bought it? Specifically, would the software still download on their computer, and could they still use CD's and such to transfer music to it?

I believe the answer is yes!

Just no Zune music purchasing or game downloads, but you can still download Zune to Windows PCs.
