Wp 10 TP on Lumia 620 problem

I just installed it but everything is just same
No background image option for start screen
Same settings menus as in 8.1
Heard that there is another update after TP but mine is showing upto date

You might have installed update 2 only. Have you signed in Insider?

Yeah that's how i got TP update

i just signed again to insider still my phone is upto date showing
