WP 7.8 Update available on Navifirm. What can I do with it?

I have a Nokia Lumia 610, locked to Portuguese Vodafone. I've searched for the update on NaviFirm, and I've found it. Update 8858 for PT Vodafone (black version). What can I do with it? Is there a way to install it?

You can install it via Nokia Care Suite (Google is your friend)
