WP 8.1 Cyan problem.

I am need of help from Windows Centrals' best and brightest.
Tried updating to 8.1 and Cyan my Lumia 521 got error
8007000d
What I have is
T-Mobile Lumia 521
No Service on it
It's a backup only
If you need more info ask.

According to this thread I found: update problem (8007000d) - Microsoft Community , you just need to make sure that the phone is plugged in and has a stable WiFi connection to update.

Can you help me? I did the update but now, I can't send or receive picture messages, I also can't get my emails or surf the net unless I'm home an on wifi, even when it's on the Metro Pcs network outside of home.

Tried soft reset, 13GB free space, full battery and still nothing. Any advice please?

Try this and download the software I fixed my Lumia 521
