WP 8.1 Restore

I was on 8.1DP Update1, but battery started to drain really fast. I downgraded to 8.0 Black (1520 battery consumption is about 1% every 3-4 hours, but everything is off, like location, wifi, bluetooth, mobile data; only brightness=auto, double tap=on, high sensitivity=on, glance=peek, sunlight readability=on), but if I upgrade to 8.1 with Cyan, than connect to my microsoft account and choose not to restore, am I going to be able to restore all my apps and games together with game progress later??? It's all angry birds games, Halo, GT Racing 2 and Modern Combat 4 and 5. I Have not logged in to FB or ony other account in theese games, just downloaded them with my microsoft account.

If you have taken a Backup before downgrading it, there are chances. Games progress and history might be restored if the games support it. Normally that is lost. All apps and games you used should be available in your download history.
