even better would be: keep squares for contact list, use circle for detailed view (middle - desktop app) as it looks much more friendly

Maybe someone needs to post a screenshot of the ACTUAL Windows 10 People Hub/App on their phone to put this discussion to bed once and for all.

So far it didn't change yet. Still the same look at WP 8.1
