WP8.1 phone call issues

Any one got problems with calling on 8.1. I'm unable to put a call on hold or makes conference call or make 2 calls at the same time. I'm I missing a setting somewhere to enable this?

Its working fine on Lumia 625.....Procedure is changed that may makes you confusing go Nokia support page you will get all information
