WP8.1 Phone tracking system failure -- where's my phone?

Hey,

I lost my Lumia 920 on Friday night (31 Oct). I went to the Windows Phone homepage as soon as I realised it, but the recent coordinates were (and still are) from Thursday afternoon (30 Oct). The tracking system and the GPS were always active on my phone, so I just can not understand how it did not refresh itself for more than a day.

I have already called my mobile provider (for cell info), a Nokia service point (totally clueless) and the official Microsoft helpdesk (they don't deal with WP..). So I ended up here. Is it possible to contact the WP hq somehow to check where my phone was last signaling? Or all those apps that keep asking for my location..

On the https://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/my/find did you try clicking Refresh; below the Phone Location column?

Hey! Yes I did, I am like a fanatic, refreshing it every other hourfor the past few days and nothing happens.

What was the battery life when you last saw it? Phone could be dead.

It's also possible that if someone took the phone either powered it off or removed the SIM card.
