Watched BB10 preview, and cannot help think this could/should have been released 3 years ago...

So having said that:

iOS - is Getting Stale
Android - is Hopelessly Fragmented
WebOS - is Dead & Burried
BB10 - is 2000-&-LATE!!!

LONG LIVE THE NEW SOON TO BE KING! - WP8

The Blackberry Hub?

Sound familiar? People Hub, Pictures Hub, Me Hub...wasn't that all the lingo back when WP7 was first launched? LOL

The OS is great, but there is something to be had on the app side. WP8 will be by far the best OS. I just hope we get apps up to par with Android. That way we can enjoy the same app experience, but even better without the issues android has (force close, reboots, etc)

It's so a ripoff of the Lumia 800/N9 hardware design and Nokia Belle/Meego interface.. So much it's scary.. I hope Nokia has their lawyers ready..

But BB10 has 3 vertical dots on the bottom to get to the menu options in the app. WP is horizontal. Huge difference.

I love the WP8 OS because its so different from the competition, i just really really hope Microsoft just doesnt give up soon because there market share is pretty low. thats my only fear of the OS

Jabz - if they didn't give up after the first XBOX, I don't see them giving up on WP... but that's just my opinion.

MS has the $ to stick this out until it turns in their favor. They are betting big on Win8 and WP8 and the Xbox360 to build their 3 screen idea. They have to stick it out. Hopefully the developers will not be able to ignore WP8 as they did Wp7 because it would be a much bigger user base once Windows 8 and Windows 8 RT is thrown in.

I don't think developer will really ignore Windows 8. also when a developer launches an app for android and IOS at the same time a windows phone version will likely come at the same time in release because Wp8 supports Native Code
