WP8 just crashed on my Lumia 920... please help !

I was going to open the new "Vyclone" app that i just downloaded, and then the sistem stopped working. Already tried everything, volume buttons, lock-screen button, power off, botom buttons. Nothing happens. It's been like this for like two hours.

What should I do, guys ??

Soft reset. Volume down + lock buttons for as long as it takes to turn off the screen.

Otherwise, wait for the battery to drain. (I only saw this now, so...)
