Xbox Video streaming issues

Hi all,

I'm having issues with Xbox Video lately. I always stream my movie collection, but for the past 2 weeks, it has been extremely laggy.

I can clearly notice video quality going down, sometimes it lags, gets stuck for a few seconds, audio continues but the video is not moving. I have this issue both on my Xbox 360 and my Windows 8.1 laptop.

Other streaming services, like Netflix, work just fine.

Would anyone know what's going on and/or how I can fix it?
