Xenon Flash on Lumia 928 not working anymore.

I was on the windows 10 mobile tp build 100149 and my camera's Xenon flash was perfectly working until i updated the camera app then the Xenon flash stopped working. i just upgraded to build 100166 but the problem still persists. So i did a hard reset and to my suprise the Xenon flash still doesn't work. Is anyone facing this issue?
