This is my second 920, Rogers ver bought from Canada. Previous At&t 920 bought 11/9 rebooted maybe 3 times total, this one approx 3 times a week. Idle, in app, turning on BT have all triggered reboot.

Most apps (incl Settings, Messages etc) freeze and won't load. Soft reset used to fix it, but after a few weeks a soft reset would brick the phone. Stuck on Nokia logo until the battery drains, after that it manages to boot up and work properly for a few minutes. Seems to be SIM-card related, haven't had enough time to test it though.

I got the phone few days ago, once found it turned off, once not responsive(needed soft reset) once rebooted while i was reading something in IE .
Since start the phone seting for find my phone is showing off even is set on (i got another 820 without any problems except poor battery ofc and at 820 instead of off i see all actions when find is on)
One more thing on 820 the field carrier is missing but in 720 i got a carrier field even the phone not seems locked since i use Cosmote sim.

Only 3 months old. Started freezing and not displaying Lock Screen and menus - especially Settings. Failure to restart with or without SIM Card - continuous looping of Nokia logo.
Factory reset with no sim or additional apps, faults still recur. Returned to EE for repair. Sim now used in old HTC Evo 3D - no problems.

Bought the phone on Sept 20th 2013 unlocked RM-820. First started experiencing random reboots only hours after purchase with a few apps installed. I had a SIM cut. Began to freeze and reboot at least 8 times a day. Contacted @NokiaHelps, was recommended to puchase mico-sim. Problem persists. Factory reboot and phone setup, still random reboot/freeze. Send phone into Nokia Service Center on Oct 12th 2013. Recieved phone back on 25/26 October. Repaired by Nokia, listed multiple phone failures, codes 201, 202. Replaced screen/wifi/ and others. Phone ran ok for the first few hours, started to download Nokia Maps, first freeze. Downloaded apps via wifi, phone began to consistantly freeze and required Power+VolDown to restart. Phone randomly rebooting and freezing again. Contacted @NokiaHelps/Nokia on facebook, waiting for a resolution.

DO NOT BUY A LUMIA 920!!!!!!!!!!!
