Zune Desktop Client sign-in issues

As the title states, I can't sign in... I'll click the sign in and when the window pops up I enter my credentials, and about a split second later it says "sorry, can't sign in right now" and I click on the "web help" link right below it and follow all troubleshooting tips which are; making sure my broadband connection is in good shape, adding firewall exceptions, removing firewalls entirely. I've even uninstall/reinstalled the damn thing and it didn't help... Thoughts?

I only remember it asking me is for the password for my WinLive account when I need to sign in on one of my other computers. Not likely to be it, but the only things that occur to me are that you have caps or num lock on so the password is wrong, or that you are signed in elsewhere. Best of luck.
