How do I perform a hard reset?

Hard resetting will wipe your data so don't do that yet unless you are out of options.

Just try another soft reset (hold down the Volume down and power button until your phone vibrates)

Soft reset is not helping with my photos app not working, also cannot set background settings because of this... Is hard reset the only option?

Not any major problems on my 920 yet.

Some live tiles aren't working anymore

Changing the lock screen background is a little buggy. Only way to change it without making it crash is by clicking 'browse'.

Data toggle doesn't work, but my data is still working.

Insider Hub app doesn't work.

When you say your photos app isn't working, is it when you click the live tile?

When I would click my photo tile that I already had pinned to my start screen it wouldn't work. When I clicked photo app from the app list it worked then for some reason.

925 no key sounds when typing on keyboard ,airplane mode doesn't work when toggled and insider app doesn't open , and camera doesn't work, regular facebook won't update in store

Change your default camera app to Lumia Camera and try it then.

Cortana UI we're slower than 8.1 but there is a funny bug after I let her learn my voice. Somehow it response when I said "Hey Cortana" without need to tap search button.

I'm concerned about battery life but can't do a real test yet.

Most basic task is fine but set a background need some effort. Also IE really love to stuck when Spartan is good.

Oh yeah some apps unsuccessfully reinstalled after the update so I need to remove it and download it again

I can't access my settings from the app list, the action centre or anywhere else. This is the biggest headache for me.

I'm not sure if this was a deliberate omission but I can't use dictation when preparing an email in the outlook app.

Not able to update.. The whole download was stuck at 5% and my data sence shows that I downloaded about 500 MB of data for system update over WiFi..
After 3 hours I got an error msg of error code 801882d2
Can anyone help me

I am a Lumia 820 user and I have got a lot of issues with each and everything after WP10 TP updation.

1. Phone lags big time
2. Outlook mail not working (Not opening)
3. Outlook calender not working (Not opening)
4. New theme not available
5. Settings menu haven't changed
6. Now I have two Cortana. The old one and the new one
7. 2 Calenders
8. Camera fails to open
9. Messaging app crashes
10. Data cannot be activated
11. No flight mode
12. Cannot access settings from the notification drop down
13. No change in the Store
14. Windows feedback app not working
15. Delay in phone ringing
16. Cannot silence a call when pressing volume key
17. Two people hub. Old and new one
18. Here drive not working
19. Here maps not working
20. Back button don't take back to the start screen

In short I am totally f****d with my phone. I shouldn't have updated the phone.:angry:

I can't get Maps - Here or default - to work either. Doesn't open, can't access offline maps.

Installed on my L920 and i have multiple window when i open the Camera app...But It's normal when i open the lumia camera app..

So many issues after update W10 , unable to use phone, have to backup
​The worst issue is to freeze after entering PIN !
