I have never used the developers preview before on the 930 until i tried the 10586.11 build . I have had the 930 since it was released . No issues with the phone flickering . When i installed the 10586.11 i also did a hard reset . Now it looks to me that the on screen display is slightly smaller than when on 8.1 . The phone is flickering sometimes . It must be software that causes the flickering .
