I have to use proxy settings to access internet and use store. Earlier in Windows 8.1 I used to do this answers(dot)microsoft(dot)com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-windows_store/windows-8-apps-not-able-to-detect-proxy-settings/e242901f-37b8-4342-9352-28fbe8323707 , but it seems doing this isn't working anymore.
After importing proxy settings I am able to browse in windows store, see app details but not able to download them. Also I am not able to download Windows Updates.
