My Windows 10 is slow compared to Windows 8.5. Also, it already crashed and I had to reboot. Is this normal for it to be slow at first?

Windows Central Question

windows 10 is slow compared to windows 8.5. Als it already crashed and I had to reboot.

Windows 10 is not responding as well. I had to change some icons to get my email
