I have a new ASUS pc running win 8.1 I have tried to update via updates but get the error 80070003. I have tried via dvd and it fails at 24% just saying its failed no error. There is very little on the new pc all drivers are up to date checked for malware checked drive 45 gig free run sfc ok have run ms fix for updates, tried starting with services disabled tried changing local to usa instead of uk. Nothing work win 8 was installed by ASUS. The upgrade says there are no problems and good to go I reserved a copy
