What to do if Win 10 crashes

I have just upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 via the free download. I have no serial number and no disk. What must I do to reinstall if it crashes

Although an unexpected crash during the upgrade process is very rare (haven't heard of one so far), one of our users has reported that in the middle of the upgrade process he or she became impatient and decided to turn the PC off. To my surprise, he or she said that upon turning the PC back on he or she was back in Windows 7. Hence, inferring from his or her experience, we could presume that if the upgrade process stalls and "crashes", you would find yourself back in Windows 7.

Of course, experience may tell us otherwise, but we won't know unless otherwise happens. :smile:
