    From what I can understand about the situation, HP has not yet released drivers for this laptop that are fully compatible with Windows 10. More than likely, this is the culprit. There are numerous complaints about the laptop not properly entering sleep mode among other issues with shutting down, so your complaint doesn't really come as a surprise.

    I wish I could be of more help, but this seems to be something that HP will have to resolve, if they are even willing to resolve it.

    If you're still having problems, please register for an account here on the forums and return to this thread. Let us know what you've tried to fix the issue, what type of device you have, etc. and we'll try to help you get your problem sorted out.
