Laptop Lenovo z510 with Windows 10 Education doesn't see Lumia 640 LTE Dual Sim

Hi everyone

I bought Lumia 640 LTE Dual Sim. The problem is when I connect phone to laptop my Lumia is charging but laptop has no reaction - nothing. Tried with 2 usb cables still nothing.
