I have downloaed this tool and upgrading my windows after installing this.
this tool gonna erase all my data now ?

Please tell me so i can stop this setup before it gonna erase data.

No. If you choose the upgrade option you should be fine.
But it is ALWAYS a good rule of thumb to back up important files regardless.
