I searched "Upgrade Advisor" in Store from my Lumia 930 but it did not show the app "Upgrade Advisor".

As I know 930 is eligible for the upgrade to Win 10 Mobile.

Anyone with the same situation as me? Is the rollout coming in phases so that users in some regions have to wait longer (even for the app "Upgrade Advisor")?

The app is not searchable from the Store. You have to use a direct link.

This article currently on the front page of Windows Central has the link with a QR code, or you can go to https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...oft.com%2Fen-us%2F%3Fref%3Daka&token=bXxkFJQU from your Windows phone.

I've read in these boards that you have to make sure your phone is set to display mobile webpages instead of desktop versions. I was able to do so from my 640 XL before reading that tip, but my brother's 640 seems to only load the desktop webpage no matter how many times I switch his phone's browser settings between mobile and desktop. For now, I haven't been able to figure out how to get the Upgrade Advisor downloaded on his phone.

Thanks! Opening my L1520's browser and typing "http://aka.ms/W10MUpgradeAdvisor" did the trick. I couldn't get the app any other way I tried. I've also set the device's browser to get the mobile version of the pages, but I'm not sure if that helped... Anyhow, thanks for the direct link!

I did my official upgrade using the Upgrade Advisor last night, then reset my phone. As I was setting up my phone from scratch this morning and re-downloading apps, I noticed that the Upgrade Advisor that I just downloaded yesterday now has an exclamation mark where the download link is for most other apps.

When I browse to that app from my list, it has a note that says, "Sorry, Upgrade Advisor is no longer available. For help, go to support.microsoft.com."

Is it really unavailable now, or just showing unavailable on my phone because I have the official release of Windows 10 already? I first downloaded the app yesterday while running Windows 10 through the Insider program, but I used WDRT to revert to Windows Phone 8.1 so I could try the official upgrade route.

The app works for me (even after the update to WP10), but it doesn't do anything other than searching for updates for a few seconds and then going into a screen telling me that I've already updated to the latest version of windows, and there's nothing more to do...

Thanks a lot. The link https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...oft.com%2Fen-us%2F%3Fref%3Daka&token=BthjRD7Y works for me.
