Since downloading Windows 10, why can't I access my emails in Microsoft Office Outlook?

Since downloading Windows 10, I cannot access my emails in Microsoft Office Outlook.

When I try to use Outlook, I cannot receive or send emails on my PC. I keep getting this message in a box;
Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector
Life ID: b_************ (my email address)
Password:

A password pops up, but every password I have used will not be accepted.

Can you delete the account from outlook and add it again?
