My computer is stuck in an infinite loading screen. What can I do?

My computer is stuck in a infinite loading screen.

I updated to windows 10 on the 19th of May, ever since than i have had trouble loading it in. but earlier this morning it started loading and did not stop. now it has been loading for about 5 hours and still has not loaded. And on top of that none of the fixes which originally worked no longer work. i have tried ctrl+alt+delete and got nothing please help

When you say none of the fixes worked, what do you mean?

Also can you get into the advanced recovery options using a bootable usb?
