Why does my internet crash every time I try to download an app or an update?

internet crashes

Every time i try to download a app or update a app or update my phone using mobile data it crashes my internet, i have to use WiFi each time...
Before when i was using windows 8.1 i never had this problem since I've updated to windows 10.1 I've had problems.
