How-To enable LED notifications

Hi there!
I just wanted to let you know that it's finally possible to enable LED notifications for phones with LED. Here's the link from XDA forums:

but is it working according to app notifications? i guess no. it will just blink blink and blink till the battery dies.

According to post #200 the LED should blink when you have notifications only.
Although there are lots of posters with problems getting it to work correctly.
