Open single, empty Edge window on 1st Edge open?

Is there a setting or a way to get Edge to NOT open all the windows and tabs from the last session? I've looked and haven't seen it. (Haven't checked the registry yet).
What I'd like is to never open my previous sessions because I typically have a couple Edge windows running with multiple tabs in each and I don't normally need to resume with them.
Most, if not all, of the time I just want to start fresh and open from Favorites, etc.

Not sure what you're seeing, BUT ...

IF you have multiple windows OPEN & exit the app, it asks to Close all Windows.
as far as Empty Edge window ...
Go to SETTINGS >> Open MS Edge with ... and modify the settings there.
