Wake up issue after CU

Hey. I have an issue with my HP laptop. When I try to wake it up from sleep after Creator's update it always shows this screen and I can do nothing except rebooting the laptop. I tried to go back to AU and updated graphic drivers but nothing helped. Does anybody know what to do with it? Factory reset is my last option. Thank you.

Don't need a "factory" reset.

Do a Repair Install (otherwise known as In-place Upgrade Install).
Repair Install allows you to keep your files, settings and apps.
No product key is required.
Activation is automatic.

Go to Media Creation Tool (MCT)

Click the Download Tool Now button and Run it.
Select Create Installation media for another PC
That will start downloading the iso to your computer.
When done, right click at the iso file > click Mount > click Setup (or setup.exe)
Repair Install will begin.
