Critical process died - how to fix it?

I have Windows 10 and since yesterday I can't log in, it says critical process died
I tried everything to fix it, I can't get into safe mode (same error) and when I try the sfcscan it say it cannot perform the operation
Please HELP

Did you have system restore setup? Perhaps try restoring

This error can commonly create your desktop either laptop unable unusable, plus you have to restart PC. You always face this error every time you again start the PC. In this situation, you can continue the PC in safe mode.
