cannot figure this out

ok so I renewed my xbox music pass monthly, i can see all my collection and the stuff I added to my collection, but under all the albums from my collection the songs are greyed out and have an I next to them saying I don't have the rights to play the song it says check to see if I'm a music subscriber (Which i am) , exit the app, or try later..

But... and this makes no sense I can I can hit the play Icon and the album plays and then I can select the song list and they are not greyed out and I can pick the individual songs... what the Hell...
