How Do I Disable or Delete Voice Activation?

Every now and then, when I am in a hurry, I shove my Nokia Lumia 822 into my pocket with the home screen showing and Listening pops up. Is there some way to disable or delete it? I don't use it and it is annoying to have it pop up and say it can't understand what I am saying.

I believe you could set it as you see fit under the speech settings in the settings app. Don't know for sure how extensive it is though.
