Hi, I'm running Windows 8.1 and so I've decided to give Windows 10 a try. I've used Windows Update way so this is kind of an upgrade. Problem is it hangs up on BSOD on setup when installing devices (drivers) with the message "IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL..."
Okay I'm clear this is a driver issue, but I'm not able to debug which one. Is there any kind of log so I can check which driver exactly caused this?

I didn't find anything since there is a rollback done after BSOD happens (thank you for doing that - it would be much worse to have unusable PC). Event viewer in rollbacked Windows 8.1 has the only information as "Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0xC190010E: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro Technical Preview 9926."

Thank you.

When windows 10 installs it creates a directory called $windows.~BT. In that directory go to Sources then Panther and you will find the setuperr.log. This SHOULD help you determine what the issue was.

Keep in mind that $Windows.~BT is a hidden directory.
