Can't find my phone on "https://www.windowsphone.com"

I used to download apps from store site and last night I upgraded my lumia 1320 to Win10 and now site can't recognize my phone.

"You need to sign in with a Microsoft account on your phone before you can get apps from Windows Phone Store."

Says this instead of "Install on my phone".

I couldn't find a way to sign in with my hotmail account on new update.

as this was the TP microsoft services i.e(wp store) are still configured for wp8.1 so you can face such issues. tat could be a bug where you cant actually sign in. better you give the device a hard reset and try again. well this was the TP you signed up for such bugs . so face them bravely ;) good day

Re: Can't find my phone on "https://www.windowsphone.com"

I'm using a Lumia 920 on W10TP Build 12534.56, and I'm facing the same issue. My device does not seem to be registered with my Microsoft account (cannot see my device on windowsphone.com when I log in, cannot see purchase history, cannot install apps from the web.) Also using the Store app I can check for updates but I cannot install them..

Here's a similar thread:
answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_wintp-insider_perf/apps-and-all-other-items-missing-from/4c767a88-89aa-4897-af36-a6afdb6f1c6a

Edit: Some app updates do get through, but others fail with error code 80073cf6, right after the "Installing" phase.
