Developer unlock to sideload apps easily in windows 10 mobile

Before some month ago. Microsoft announce. Windows 10 mobile support developer unlock to install apps manually just like android.
but i still miss the feature i wish this feature comes with 10149 build. Anyone have any idea about this feature release?

It's available on the 920 on build 10136. But as xandros9 mentioned not sure whether it works as of now.

you mean now build 10136 apps not install manual without internet connection and direct install apps using file manager???
