Region setting keeps automatically change

on the latest windows mobile build 10572 on my 1520, the region setting keeps changing from US to my home country, the store suddenly change to my home country store. I have upgraded to this build and made a reset without restoring a backup.
anyone is having this issue? solution please

Try again to change and restart, I've also done it two times before it's actually saved.

Cortana is the only reason I'm changing region options. It would be great if they can add separate language settings for Cortana.

every time I change it the phone restarts then automatically change the settings back to the home country. I did it so many times, all the same sadly. now no cortana for me :s

Same here. I donno how to stop it from reverting back.
